This weekend we started a hopefully long tradition. Molly, Jeanifer and I went to see the Nutcracker. It was so much fun. Molly was slightly overwhelmed, but seemed to like it. She had never seen anything on a stage before, so she had lots of questions.
We had been reading the book for a few weeks so that she would have a better understanding of what was going on. She made it almost to the end before she fell asleep. I guess we will see the sugar plum fairy next year.

Maude and I went last year. We left at intermission, she was scared of the Nutcracker not the mouse. I hope to start our tradition up in a couple of years and we will not sit on the 3rd row, I think that added some to our fear. You guys looked very pretty. Molly is getting so tall...
