CLR is calcium, lime and rust remover. My dishes have the worst residue living in this small town. I just started using this stuff and it makes my dishes look great! I have I am actually not embarrassed to let guests use them.

Joel has really turned me into a coffee drinker. We started grinding our coffee a few years ago and man it makes a difference. I start everyday with at least one cup of coffee!

I think I will have to agree on all those, although I do not use my apple core peeler or grinder as much as I did at one time. I had not heard about CLR for dishes! My frien Loreann (from Dora) turned me on to LemonShine. You use it in the regular det. side and your usual det. as a pre-wash instead. I have not had a single streak since and that was something that really bothered me about living out here, well and the dust but there is nothing we can do about that! I will see you tomorrow!
Yes, I love pulling out dishes for guests and they have white spots all over them! So embarassing..I'll have to try the CLR and lemonshine.
Kerri~do you put the CLR in the dishwasher? I have used CLR to clean our fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, it gets all the gunk...really good. It's a great cleaner.

I put the CLR in a shallow pan and roll the glasses and dishes in it and scrub the harder areas with a sponge and then put them in the dishwasher. My mother-in-law told me about using CLR on dishes and said she will run her dishwasher with CLR w/out dishes from time to time.
